Festive Bee’s Knees

We’ve partnered with Martin Miller’s again to bring you another delicious gin-based cocktail, and this time we put a simple, but awesome spin on the classic Bees Knees. To refer to something good as being “the bee’s knees” supposedly became common during the same time as prohibition and so did this cocktail. Luckily though gin has evolved since the prohibition days and thanks to Martin Miller and his friends we can all enjoy high-quality cocktails, with high-quality ingredients. The best part about this Bees Knees cocktail is its simplicity, the original recipe is so delicious and fresh that by adding in a little festive cranberry juice to bring the cocktail to life was all the magic we needed. Can you believe that Martin Miller’s actually has their own Icelandic spring where they source their water? The Icelandic people are so in touch with nature that they believe it to be a living entity and the water used for this gin is said to live under the Basalt Mountains for up to 800 years before emerging to be blended with the gin.
