Cognac Sazerac with Jean-Luc Pasquet
While filming in Cognac with Jean-Luc Pasquet we threw together a few cocktails at La Vue France, and here is the Cognac Sazerac; a cocktail that needs no introduction. We used the 7-year JLP for this cocktail, as it stood up best with the aromatic bitters and absinthe. What do you think?
