Cocktails with Vya Vermouth

Berry Sour

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake to chill and combine ingredients
  3. Strain out the ice
  4. Dry shake again to further combine ingredients
  5. Double strain into a glass
  6. Garnish with nutmeg

Lashes and Diamonds

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  2. Stir to chill and combine ingredients
  3. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass
  4. Garnish with a citrus peel

Aperol Negroni

  3. Double strain into a brandy snifter over fresh ice
