Cocktails with Lambay Irish Whiskey
I am absolutely obsessed with Lambay Irish Whiskey. After I first tasted it last year I was intrigued by the product, but after visiting their amazing maturation island there was nothing that could stop me from falling in love. Lambay is amazing when served neat, as it has a wonderful spiciness to it, with notes of malt and citrus, and a wonderful floral aroma, and when you mix it into a cocktail, it really stands tall. The whiskey itself is triple distilled and then aged in American bourbon casks, then every drop is finished in a French oak cognac cask that has been transported from the Camus Cognac cellars in France. Now that’s fancy!
