CheapCaribbean Daiquiri 

Happy National RUM DAY!  Mixing up a Watermelon Daiquiri with CheapCaribbean to celebrate summer & dreaming of all the fun beach destinations on their website! The Daiquiri is my favorite cocktail to make with rum and this one has a twist with watermelon and limoncello to bring all the RUM VIBES! 

Recipe:

• 1.5 ounces white rum
• ½ ounce limoncello 
• 1 ounce lime juice 
• 1.5 ounces watermelon juice 
• ½ ounce simple syrup

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake to chill and combine the ingredients
3. Strain into a coupe glass
4. Garnish & Enjoy!
