Candy Cane Espresso Martini

Y’all asked for a Peppermint/Candy Cane Espresso Martini so here it is. I made the Candy Syrup by adding 6 large Candy Canes to 1/2 cup of water and letting it simmer until the Candy Canes dissolved. The color came out really interesting BUT the syrup is delish.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces of Vodka (if you want more peppermint flavor you can use Peppermint Vodka)
  • 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1/2 ounce candy cane syrup

Method:

  1. Rim glass with candy cane pieces
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker
  3. Shake then strain into a coupe glass
  4. Garnish with coffee beans
