Candy Cane Espresso Martini
Y’all asked for a Peppermint/Candy Cane Espresso Martini so here it is. I made the Candy Syrup by adding 6 large Candy Canes to 1/2 cup of water and letting it simmer until the Candy Canes dissolved. The color came out really interesting BUT the syrup is delish.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of Vodka (if you want more peppermint flavor you can use Peppermint Vodka)
- 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1/2 ounce candy cane syrup
Method:
- Rim glass with candy cane pieces
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Shake then strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with coffee beans
