Bubbly VdV Martini

We all love a good Martini, but for this particular tipple, we wanted to take it next level by using Veuve du Vernay Ice Rosé to really make it sparkle. We mixed up a delicious dry gin Martini as the base then added a touch of sherry and topped it off with the VdV Ice Rosé and it was a total hit. We could sip these delicious cocktails all night long.

Recipe:

• 1 ounce gin
• ½ ounce sherry
• ½ ounce blanco vermouth
• 2 ounces VdV Ice Rosé

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients, except VdV, in a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir to chill and combine ingredients
3. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass
4. Top with VdV Ice Rosé
5. Garnish & Enjoy!
