Bubbles in the Sky
Bubbly Cocktails & Pops of Color! I always get asked about my inspiration for cocktail recipes and styling. For me, I get inspired by the things in my everyday life like flowers in neighborhood gardens, bright pops of color around the city, seasonal produce from farmers’ markets, and travel destinations I wish to visit.
These everyday moments truly brighten my day and bring a creative vibe that spreads into the cocktails I create. That’s why you will always see creative garnishes, bright colors, and beautiful glassware when I am making fun cocktails at home. One of my favorite ingredients to use is La Marca Prosecco and today I am sharing a fun cocktail with a pop of color inspired by the colors of the sea and sky. In my everyday life, I always take the NYC ferry and it’s a great escape from my busy schedule to take in the city views and travel by boat to meetings and events.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce of gin
- ½ ounce blue curaçao
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce of simple syrup
- Top with La Marca Prosecco
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Shake to chill and combine the ingredients
- Strain into glass
- Top with La Marca Prosecco
- Garnish & Enjoy!
