Blackberry Orange Paloma

Mother’s Day Paloma! Today I am sharing a fun & delish recipe featuring San Antonio Fruit Farm Wine. I am mixing with the Blackberry Orange wine & ONE huge reason I love adding these wines to cocktails is because they add fruit flavors without adding ADDITIONAL ingredients to your drinks.

I took my base Paloma recipe & added the San Antonio Fruit Farm wine to bring in Blackberry & Orange flavors. No muddling in fresh fruit or having a ton of ingredients on hand to make a tasty drink.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of San Antonio Fruit Farm Blackberry Orange Wine
  • 1 ounce Tequila
  • ½ ounce Mezcal
  • 2 ounces Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ ounce Lime Juice
  • Top with Soda Water

Method:

  1. Add Tequila, Mezcal, Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, and Lime juice to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake then rim the glass with orange salt mixture
  3. Strain cocktail over ice in serving glass
  4. Top with San Antonio Fruit Farm Blackberry Orange Wine
  5. Stir then add Soda Water
  6. Garnish with an orange slice, blackberry, and edible flower

This is a great unique wine to have on hand for sipping or to elevate fruit flavors in your cocktails with five different flavor combos which include:

  • Peach Passion Fruit
  • Strawberry Guava
  • Blackberry Orange
  • Pineapple Papaya
  • Cherry Lime
