Belvedere Pineapple Spritz
Not only is this cocktail light on the calorie count but also so easy for the home bartender to prepare. I have been working with Belvedere Vodka to create this great summer spritz and love the way the citrus and fresh pineapple work with vodka. Belvedere is the perfect vodka for this spritz because it only contains two ingredients, which are rye and water.
The spritz is light and natural because it contains less sugar, fewer ingredients, and fresh/natural flavors. For my spritz recipe, I added Belvedere then French dry vermouth for a little dryness to the concoction followed by sparkling water to give the cocktail a refreshing effervescence. Once the cocktail is complete, garnish with a pineapple wedge for tropical aromatics. This is the perfect cocktail for entertaining friends and pairs great with fresh flavors. Recipe:
- 1.5 ounce Belvedere Vodka
- ½ ounce French Dry Vermouth
- 1 Wedge of Pineapple
- 3 Lime slices
- Sparkling Water to Top
