It’s time for the ULTIMATE Tropical Cocktail; The Banana Piña Colada. This mix-up is a cross between one of my favorite vacation cocktails, the Banana Daiquiri, AND the Piña Colada. It’s so AMAZING served up in this pineapple vessel! Ingredients:

• 2 ounces rum 
• ½ ounce coconut syrup
• 2 ounces coconut milk 
• ½ banana
• ½ cup of frozen pineapple chunks
• 1 cup of ice 

Method:

1. Core a pineapple
2. Add all ingredients to a blender
3. Blend until the consistency is smooth
4. Pour into the cored pineapple
5. Garnish & Enjoy!
