Let’s celebrate summer with a FUN & EASY cocktail featuring La Marca Prosecco. This Basil Berry Fizz cocktail is so festive with summer berries and full of Italian bubbly hospitality. La Marca is perfect for cocktails because it is light-bodied, crisp, and has a hint of sweetness.

Celebrations at my house always include a bottle of La Marca Prosecco. The versatility is perfect for glasses of bubbly or effervescent cocktails. La Marca also pairs so well with food including my FAV an Italian cheese platter that is perfect for entertaining & can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce gin
• ½ ounce strawberry syrup
• ½ ounce lemon juice
• 5 basil leaves
• Topped with La Marca Prosecco

Method:

1. Add all ingredients, except La Marca, into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake to chill and combine the ingredients
3. Strain into a coupe glass
4. Top with La Marca Prosecco
5. Garnish & Enjoy!
