Amazing Port Cocktails

I may have a slight obsession with port, which does go back before my visit to the wonderful region, but was certainly reaffirmed during my time there. It’s amazing to sip after a great meal, or any time really, but obviously it also makes a great modifier in cocktails. Here are some cocktails I mixed up for my very special IG Live happy hour.

White Port and Tonic

Recipe:

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice
  2. Stir then garnish with grapefruit peel

Croft Pink Honey Gimlet

Recipe:

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake to chill and combine ingredients
  3. Double strain into a coupe glass
  4. Garnish with lime peel

  2. Stir to chill and combine ingredients
  3. Double strain into glass
  4. Garnish with orange peel

Port Boulevardier

  3. Double strain into a glass
  4. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and grapefruit peel
